Officers Meeting
June 4, 2019

Roll Call - All Officers were present except for the Inside Guard and 2nd Year Trustee who were absent, and the Financial Secretary, Recorder and 3rd Year Trustee who were excused. The Deputy Grand Knight position is open.
Grand Knight Report:
Inside and Outside guard remain open for the election. The three year trustee will be John P. and the two year Trustee Terry Hood
· $327 was collected at the church entrance for the tootsie roll drive. A successful campaign
· Knights are providing beer and wine for the Father Jean gathering. Insurance and licensing related to this event is under review
· Fourth degree on June 15th
· Family of the Month will be Terry and Anne
· Knight of the month will be Trevor
· Breakfast after masses will commence again in September
· The St. Vincent DePaul motion for $2,500 donation will be brought up at the next open forum meeting for vote
· A First Degree will be Tuesday, June 11th
o The honoree for the first degree will be Michael McReynolds
o The honoree for the second degree will be John Placko
