Star Council
The Council is striving to be a STAR council for the 2021-22 Fraternal year. Achieving the STAR council designation is not so much about the reward as ensuring we are a dynamic council with outstanding achievements in membership, insurance and programs the make us the answer to someones prayers.
The Council achieves STAR Council by qualifying for 3 awards during the fraternal year. They are the:
Columbian Award
This award ensures the Council is performing good works in our four Pillars of Faith, Life, Family, and Community. Four points must be obtained in each Pillar. Most council activities earn one point with certain Supreme featured programs worth two points.
Father McGivney Award
This award shows the Council is growing. We must achieve our membership quota of 7 new members for the year.
Founders Award
This award is directed at offering our Insurance Benefits to our members. The Council must host two Fraternal Benefit Seminars during the year
