We had a very successful 'Wheelchair Sunday" in support of 'Jeff's 500 Miles for Kids Wheelchairs" effort. We raised, at last count, $6,728 which will buy 45 wheelchairs for kids around the world whose parents can't afford one.
The Sunday was a success because of the participation on Knights that collected after all six Masses. The support of Father Don and his staff who opened the Masses to our promotional video, and announcements. And of course most of all, to the parishioners of St Peter who opened their hearts to our message.
