    • Report:

      • Brother Manz left a list of possible activities for each KofC Pillar. The Officers went through the list to identify which activities were actual done by the Council in the past. The identified activities are:

        • Faith: Building the Domestic Church Kiosk, Rosary Program, Altar Server Recognition/Scholarships, Feast of Our Lady of Guadalupe, Parish Picnic.

        • Family: Family/Knight of the Month/Year, Keep Christ in Christmas, Family Week, Consecration to the Holy Family, Family Fellowship Breakfast, Family Bar-B-Que, Joint Christmas Party, Memorial Bricks for Deceased Members

        • Life: Silver Rose, Novena for life, 40 Days for life, Funeral Planning Discussions, Tootsie Roll Drive.

    • The Grand Knight would like the Chairman fo each Pillar to determine 2 or 3 activities that would be appropriate for the council to pursue and get them established on the council calendar.

    • The GK asked if we should be keeping track of man-hours spent by members on council activities. Discussion indicated that we have traditionally used a tops down approach to estimating hours since the Officers and Directors have the best feel for effort expended on a project.

      • Free Throw Competition-

  • Good of the Order:

  • Recruiting/Retention

    • The Financial Secretary has sent out 22 letters to members who are 2 or more years delinquent in dues. Supreme indicates they will handle multi-year delinquents differently going forward. They will be placed in a separate council and will not count as council members so that we will not need to pay their assessment.

    • Brothers Davisson, McReynolds, and Hildebrand will see if a way of paying dues by credit card through our Square account can be added to the Council website.
