Report:
The GK reported that the “Walk for Wheelchairs” that his son Jeff is planning will be conducted at the Bayonne Gulf Club from mid August through September. Jeff has permission from his supervisor for the walk but is working to get written permission from the club. The GK is working with the wheelchair chairman to find ways to allow supporters to contribute to the walk on line.
Council elections will be in June. We will open the floor to nominations during the May Business Meeting. The Trustees will prepare a list of recommended Officers for the council to consider.
The GK plans to touch base with Walmart and The Farms Publix concerning this years Tootsie Roll Drive. Hopefully we can get on their calendar. We will follow with letters to each to confirm dates.
The GK reminded Father Don that the Knights are available to help him at any time.
