Business Meeting Minutes - December 2020

Note: Minutes of our Business Meetings are supplied to all members of the council for review and comment. The minutes will not be read at the next regular meeting unless requested by a member. Please direct all corrections and additions to Jim Hildebrand jrpah@comcast.net

NOTE - This was a “stay at home” meeting conducted over ZOOM.

  • Pre - Meeting.

  • Officers Roll Call

    • All Officers were present except for the Chancellor, Recorder, Outside Guard, and 2nd Year Trustee.

  • Chaplain Report -

    • The meeting was opened and closed with a prayer.

    • The Chaplin reminded us that on Dec 16th at 9AM individual confessions will be heard, and at 4 PM and 7PM Communal Penance will be conducted in the parish hall with the opportunity for private confessions.

  • Guests and Dignitaries

    • The Field Agent was present.

    • Report:

      • The GK represented the Council at the Rosary recitation at the “Our Lady of Guadalupe” celebration.

      • The website is up and running’s and members can now use it to keep informed of Council activities.

      • The Parish will have a food truck at the upcoming Christmas concert, and the Knights are not needed to help serve refreshments.
