The Fiebiger Family

The Knights of Columbus Council 13139 are proud to announce that the Fiebiger Family is being honored at St. Peter as The Family Of The Month. The Fiebiger's joined the Parish of St. Peter in 1996. Susan and Steve were both born and raised in North Dakota, where they first met in high school. Both are graduates of North Dakota State University, and they have been married for 40 years. Sadly, Steve’s beloved Susan passed in March 2025. Along with Steven, the Fiebiger’s son Steven and their daughter continue to mourn the loss of their cherished mother. We at Council 13139 continue to send our love and prayers to the entire family.

Steve majored in mechanical engineering at North Dakota State, and worked at both Pratt & Whitney and GE Aerospace, and recently retired in 2025. He has been a proud member of our Council for 17 years, where he actively participates and volunteers in virtually all of our fundraising and volunteering activities. 

A long-time resident of Jupiter Farms, Steve is a huge race car enthusiast. Over the years he has participated in multiple Champ Car Endurance Series races. He has also competed in a 14-hour endurance race at Daytona, and is continuing to race in various events about five times a year. As a side hobby and burgeoning business, Steve is also working on refurbishing cars.
