Family of the Month - The Anderson Family

The Anderson Family
The Knights of Columbus Council 13139 at St. Peter is proud to announce the Anderson family has earned the distinction of being named our Family of the Month! Parents Terri and Keith have been members of the St. Peter Parish since 2020, along with their two children, Jack and Olivia.
Keith is originally from New Windsor, New York, and moved to Jupiter in 1995. Keith has his undergraduate degree in Commercial Design from St. Thomas Aquinas College and a Masters in Public Administration from Marist University. Keith spent several years teaching and in 1987 he joined the United States Army. Keith retired from the Army in May 2026 with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. He served our country with distinction for 39 years.
Terri was raised in Broadview Heights, Ohio and moved to Florida in 1989. Terri attended the University of Florida, where she majored in English and went on to Palm Beach Atlantic University to earn her Masters Degree in Education.
Both of the Anderson children have been confirmed at St. Peter and regularly attend the Teen Mass at St. Peter each Sunday. Jack is a senior at Jupiter High School and is narrowing down his choices for college, but he does plan on attending college in Florida. Daughter Olivia is a sophomore at Jupiter High School and plays volleyball for a local club team.
We want to make special recognition that the Anderson Family are also the proud owners of The Juno Beach Cafe! This landmark restaurant was opened by Terri’s parents, Don and Mary Ann Ganim, in 1998. Mary Ann passed away in 2021, and her beloved Don passed in 2023.
The mantle of ownership then passed to Terri and Keith, where they are proudly continuing the family tradition of operating The Juno Beach Cafe.
The restaurant staff are a second family to the Anderson’s, many of whom have worked at the restaurant for decades. As a special note to our Veterans of the Armed Forces, ALL Veterans eat free on Veteran’s Day at the Juno Beach Cafe. No ID is necessary; just a photo in uniform is sufficient. Let’s all join the Anderson Family and all of our Parish Veteran’s continued health, respect and blessings this month!
Congratulations to the Anderson family!
