Brother GK Ken Kotansky issued the following in awarding the award to Walter.
I can't think of a more deserving guy to be acknowledged as Knight of Month more than Walter Sterling.
Walter joined us in 2016. He is a regular contributor to the Food Bank Friday pickup. He also is committed to the distribution which occurs on Saturdays. You will also see Walter participating with Young at Heart set up and take down. And if you were observant, Walter was with us at last Sunday Fellowship starting the coffee, assisting the congregation after every mass, and helping with the takedown. We actually went through the 11:00 mass. Last but not least, thank you for your servicer as an Army veteran.
We are lucky to have you with us. Please join me in congratulating Walter as a person who is answering someone's prayer every day.
