Note: Minutes of our Planning Meetings are supplied to all Officers for review and comment. They are then posted on the Council Website. The minutes will not be read at the next Planning meeting unless requested by an Officer. Please direct all corrections and additions to Jim Hildebrand jrpah@comcast.net

Officers Roll Call

  • All Officers were present except the Chaplain, Inside Guard, Outside Guard, and the 1st and 2nd Year Trustees.

      • No significant correspondence.

    • Report:

      • Brother Perez is helping Brother McElhaney create a Spanish Version of the Council Video. Plans are to air it at the Spanish Mass the first Sunday in June.

      • The next Business Meeting will be our year end gathering. We will fire up the grill at ~5:30 with activities starting at 6. Wives are invited. All are encouraged to bring a dish to pass. Recounting the years accomplishments with recognition of Knights that contributed, a presentation by our Field agent, and a presentation by Brother Joe McGivney will be included.

      • There will be a Retirement Planning webinar June 3rd and 15th. If five members attend, it will count as one of our Fraternal Benefits requirements for STAR Council.
