Note: Minutes of our Planning Meetings are supplied to all Officers for review and comment. They are then posted on the Council Website. • All Officers were present except the Chaplain, Inside Guard, Outside Guard, and the 1st and 2nd Year Trustees.

    • No significant correspondence.

  • Report:

    • Brother Perez is helping Brother McElhaney create a Spanish Version of the Council Video. Plans are to air it at the Spanish Mass the first Sunday in June.

    • The next Business Meeting will be our year end gathering. We will fire up the grill at ~5:30 with activities starting at 6. Wives are invited. All are encouraged to bring a dish to pass. Recounting the years accomplishments with recognition of Knights that contributed, a presentation by our Field agent, and a presentation by Brother Joe McGivney will be included.

    • There will be a Retirement Planning webinar June 3rd and 15th. If five members attend, it will count as one of our Fraternal Benefits requirements for STAR Council.
