Note: Minutes of our Planning Meetings are supplied to all Officers for review and comment. They are then posted on the Council Website. The minutes will not be read at the next Planning meeting unless requested by an Officer. Please direct all corrections and additions to Jim Hildebrand jrpah@comcast.net

The meeting was conducted using ZOOM.

  • All Officers were present except the Advocate, Financial Secretary, Warden, and the 1st and 3rd Year Trustees.

      • No significant correspondence.

    • Report:

      • The GK thanked all for the success of our year end party. Special thanks to Joe McGivney and Jonathan Knaus who presented during the evening.

      • Congratulations to Dan Perez and Colin and Joe McGivney for the presentation at the Spanish Mass. We may get some new members from the hispanic community

      • We will have our elections at the next Business Meeting. The recommended slate of Officers is our current slate.

      • Faith: (Philip Colon):

        • The Faith Director suggested we help out Deacon Serge as we are helping Jude Okeke when Serge enters the seminary. The GK thought we would be able to do something (RSVP) next fraternal year.

        • The FD suggested we look into getting additional Spanish Prayer books for the Kiosk.

        • We need some new faces for reciting the Rosary.

    • The Council has 20 raffle ticket booklet to sell. We should try to sell them as soon as possible.

    • The Council should review its membership rooster to be sure none are deceased. If not purged, we pay assessments on them.

    • Roger Dean Stadium has asked if we could work concession stands on July 4/5. Brother McReynolds will see if there is interest.
