Michael McReynolds is Knight of the Month

The St Peter Knights of Columbus would like to recognize Michael McReynolds as Knight of the Month. He and his wife Linda have been parishioners of St Peter for over 10 years. His journey to St. Peters and the Knights of Columbus began with simple roots from a suburb in Chicago and then Milwaukee. His career began owning a Farmers Insurance agency in Wisconsin, and through a series of company changes and corporate acquisitions, he landed in Jupiter by way of stops in St. Louis and Orlando. He and his first wife Paula were devout Catholics and joined St Peter when they arrived in Jupiter. Through Paula's small Illinois town roots, Michael was drawn to the Knights and quickly became our Treasurer. Paula on the other hand became well known working with couples preparing for marriage. But God had a different idea for Paula, after suffering through two miscarriages, an aggressive cancer took her life.

Not long after, Michael found a wonderful wife Linda and continued on his career assisting people in financial service advice while staying committed to his treasurer function with St Peter Knights. Linda is Columbian and came to US with a degree in journalism. She, like Paula, is also a very giving person. She is a director at El Sol where she works with her staff in helping Hispanic people in learning English. She is so committed to this that she recently authored a book that is on Amazon that aids Spanish speaking people to learn English (you can find the book here).

Our ministry takes great pride in how we manage the funds that our parishioners donate to us. And Michael is the gatekeeper. In our prior year, we had over $30,000 of donations that we received and donated to our causes of Faith, Family, Community and Life. Please join us in congratulating and thanking Michael, for we cannot do what we do without men like him.
