Pre - Meeting.
Officers Roll Call
All Officers were present except for the Chaplain, Advocate, Chancellor and 2nd and 3rd Year Trustees.
Chaplain Report -
The meeting was opened and closed with a prayer.

The District Deputy and Field Agent were present.

The GK recapped his meeting with Father Don. Fr Don has approved our membership drive for the first weekend in February.
The February membership drive was discussed.
We will keep the Continental style breakfast for the drive.
The GK will look into the “Delta Church Drive” kit available from supreme. We used this kit with our last membership drive.
We will have Brothers talk to prospective members as they leave church
It was recommended that we have a Fraternal Benefits night soon after the membership drive.

Food for Families - We donated (see motions) $500 in material (such as shade cover, bins, etc) to the ministry. Supreme will rebate $100.
JTAA Christmas Parade -

We are reviewing activities we could pursue in this area

Special Olympics -
Ultra-sound machine - Indications are that our area is not in need of a machine at this time The DGK will check with Miracle House to see if there are ways we could support them.
Hannah’s House - We are considering a landscape clean-up day

We have signed the contract.
Alcohol training is good for 3 years. There is a simplified training program that should be available.
The GK and Brother McReynolds will check out the concession stands. Improvements have been promised for years.
Jupiter Jubilee -
JJ is Feb 4th. Brother McReynolds is working on event preparations.
4th Degree Report -
District Deputy Report .
The DD maintains a calendar with district events of interest it. It can be accessed at richardgallant.com/district65.
Field Agent
Annuity interest rates have increased.
The council needs two benefits activities to satisfy STAR requirements

Motions-
Brother Cesarano moved and Brother Claudio seconded a motion to allocate $250 for the state convention. $125 for our contribution for the district ad in the program, and $125 to held defray the DD’s cost to attend. Passed.
The GK and PGK were proposed as State Convention delegates, and Brothers McReynolds and Davisson as alternates. The delegate roster was approved by acclimation.
Brother Cesarano moved and Brother Hood seconded a motion to donate $500 in material to the Food For Families ministry. Passed. T
