General Meeting 1/15/19
Roll Call - All Officers were present except for the Chaplain, Recorder, and 3rd Year Trustee who were excused, and the Deputy Grand Knight, and 2nd Year Trustee who were absent.
· Family of the month presented to Gisel and Pat Matarise
· Knight of the month presented to be Jerry Gumbus
· Minutes from past meeting accepted as read
· Free throw competition is January 24th at 11:45
· Family BBQ is Feb 9th. Knights requested to sell tickets after all masses the weekend of Feb 26th and Feb 1st
· Parish ministry party was a success with Knights providing and serving beer, wine and mixed drinks
· Friday night dance party is 1/18 at 7PM at the Jupiter community center
· Jupiter Jubilee permit is secured. Event will be at the Abbacoa community park on Feb 2nd from 11-4 PM. Help is needed from 9:30 on
· Knight have been approved to sell beer at the Coastal Fest in May 2019
· May 24th – 26th is the state convention
· Six month audit was conducted and passed
· Officers approved $500 each for the two Deaconate candidates

· 28 knight participating in the 9 days of life Novena beginning on January 22nd with a rosary at the end in the meditation garden
· Robert Reynolds ask for volunteers Feb 4th and 5th to help paint and repair a home for unwed mothers
· Tootsie roll drive for 2019 needs a volunteer leader
· Family week is Feb 2nd through Feb 9th
· Knight picnic will need a new date or venue, the usual spot is already taken
· Annual survey of fraternal service helps protect the organization by demonstrating our value to the community. Form will be available on the website
· Third degree is at St Peters on 1/19 and brothers are needed to help support the program. Be at church at 9:30 to help
· First degree is Tuesday, Feb 5th
